FLOW LDN

In their light and airy studio, FLOW LDN hosts classes in groups of 15 or less, ensuring that the instructor can offer their attention and adjustments to all class participants. By offering Foundation classes for those new to reformer alongside their Dynamic classes, FLOW prides itself on being a studio accessible to all abilities.

Prices start at £15 for weekend classes, with class bundles also on offer. Memberships begin at £190 for unlimited access to the studio.

Blending their unique heart-led approach with the traditional mind-to-body practice of pilates, Heartcore’s Coreformer classes provide a fun and powerful workout for both the mind and body.

Prices start at £35 per class, with monthly memberships available to those wanting to commit to the studio.

1Rebel brings the high energy of spinning to the reformer world. Think darkened rooms, neon lights and music pumping through the studio. Expect an endorphin-boosting 45 minute session, challenging you in all the right ways. Reformer classes are available at 7 1Rebel locations, making it an easy option no matter where you are in the city.

Individual classes are available from £20, with subscriptions starting at £38 for 2 classes per month.
